My name is Tara Marsden I'm 45, I am the owner and founder of Muscle & Wax.

 

I have over 10 years experience in competing at amateur level in Kickboxing and more recenntly the last 13 years Bodybuilding, nationally and interntationally. I have a big passion  for fitness, sports and wellbeing. Everything I do revolves around it.

I have various Fitness, Coaching & Nutrition qualifications for both adults and children. Ihold a current enhanced DBS background check certificate. 

Currently studying a BSc Hons Sports Degree at The Open Universty. I hold an enhanced DBS and  I am fully insured. I am a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation.

I also offer competition tanning and waxing service.
